Proposed on two synchronized screens, this doc short tells, without romantic supports, the creative gesture of the artist Manuela Sedmach.
The documentary seems to suggest that the preparation of a work and the fatigue of the artistic gesture cannot be separated from domestic time, which is also marked by gestures, veils and preparations.
The poetics expands, with an almost holistic process, from the canvas to the environments in which life is inhabited. Even a glance becomes a repeated gesture. Every moment becomes poetic.

 

 

Proposto su due schermi sincronizzati, questo doc short racconta, senza appoggi romantici, il gesto creativo dell'artista Manuela Sedmach.
Il documentario sembra suggerire che la preparazione di un lavoro e la fatica del gesto artistico non riescono ad essere slacciati dal tempo domestico, anch'esso scandito da gesti, velature e preparazioni.
La poetica si espande, con un processo quasi olistico, dalla tela agli ambienti in cui la vita viene abitata. Anche uno sguardo diventa gesto ripetuto. Ogni istante diventa poetico.
